There are a lot of theories as to why dogs seem to be always hungry. One such theory suggests that dogs were initially domesticated because humans have the food the dogs needed to survive. These theories are of course behavioral theories from various studies. However, do not be too complacent about your dog’s behavior when it comes to food, it may also be caused by a medical condition. As stated earlier, it is rarely caused by medical maladies, but that doesn’t mean that it is not possible. Some dogs may really be suffering from various illnesses like diabetes, pancreatic disorders, or gastrointestinal problems. Dogs will be dogs, and their hunger may never be sated. But this does not mean that you are to starve them.
